Religious Construction

Our team performed this contract as prime contractor to Passion City Church LLC. Our scope of services included a full remodel of the space. Originally a tiki bar and grill, our team delivered comprehensive construction cleaning and renovation services to prepare and elevate the space. We performed targeted demolition, removing all existing data lines, U-channels, shelves, stairwell carpeting, and dividing walls to create a clear foundation for the upgrades that followed. We patched and repaired all wall surfaces to achieve a level 4 finish, then framed all windows, door headers, jambs, and sills. The scope also included replacing outdated light fixtures and priming and painting all walls, baseboards, windowsills, doors, and trimming to provide a fresh, unified aesthetic. In addition to these finish upgrades, we completed essential rough carpentry work, including removing chase enclosures for stairway access, repairing and stabilizing existing stair treads, and constructing new support beams. We concluded the project by painting newly installed drywall, delivering a polished and cohesive result. On the building's exterior, we provided a new patio and trash enclosure.
