Passion City Church - Washington, D.C.
This design-build renovation transformed a former bar and grill into a church office space through comprehensive interior and exterior improvements. Our team conducted pre-construction planning meetings with all project parties. The project included selective demolition of existing power and communication lines, accessories, CMU stairwells, and CMU partition walls, followed by CMU and Steel structural repairs. Our team provided temporary fall protection measures during structural support beam installation and stair tread stabilization. We also provided a comprehensive M.E.P upgrade throughout the office space to bring it up to modern standards. Our team then primed and painted all surfaces to achieve a professional finish. Exterior improvements included waterproofing, construction of a new patio and trash enclosure which completed the full facility renovation. Our team was able to complete this project ahead of schedule due to our streamlined project management. Client: Passion City Church LLC.

South County Church - Lorton, VA
This historic building renovation was a complete overhaul of a dilapidated church. Our team handled this project as a framing contractor. With atrium ceiling heights reaching above thirty-five feet, all fall protection and lift safety was of the utmost importance. Our scope included structurally engineered rough carpentry, cold-formed metal framing, insulation, fire and sound-rated gypsum board systems, and acoustic ceiling panel installation while preserving the integrity of the existing structure. The project also included construction of a structurally reinforced, tiered stage, atrium-height demising wall with integrated office spaces, and a fire-rated elevator shaft with associated structural blocking to support concurrent trade activities. Interior framing encompassed hundreds of linear feet of wood and metal stud walls. Additional work included ADA-compliant ramps and knee walls, delivering a structurally sound, code-compliant, and high-performance interior within a historic facility.
