The space was previously shelled out from a past tenant. Our team was the first on site to begin layouts, driving the rough in schedule. We then set and framed metal stud walls and decorative bulk heads for storefronts. After rough in was completed our team set all installation within the stud wall cavities. We then completed the full installation and finishing of all gypsum board assemblies, delivering a clean and durable end result throughout the space. We also caulked, fire stopped, patched, and repaired existing walls to ensure a seamless transition between new and existing surfaces, achieving a smooth and consistent finish that enhances the overall quality of the project.

Abella Medical Relocation - Owings Mills, MD
This project was a comprehensive patching and repair of an existing office space, bringing all surfaces to a smooth level 4 finish. To support tenant-provided equipment, we installed the required insulation and wall blocking with precision and adherence to project specifications. In addition, our team replaced any damaged acoustic ceiling tiles, restoring a clean and uniform appearance throughout the space. The result is a refreshed, professional environment that’s ready for tenant use and future upgrades
