Healthcare Construction

This renovation was performed as the prime contractor for Legacy Medical Center. Our team was able to manage our contracting and consultant team outside of our typical service area thanks to our project management and quality control programs. The scope of this project included an architectural renovation of an occupied medical office, including selective demolition of the existing finishes. Temporary protection and sound control of construction activities was essential. We then installed framing, openings, gypsum board assemblies and acoustic ceiling systems, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, painting, and specialty coatings. The project also included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades for new lighting and restroom renovations, complete with toilet partitions and accessories. A full furniture package was provided, delivering a functional and modernized healthcare environment.
