Our team is currently performing this contract as a subcontractor to Biscayne Contracting inc. This project delivers the safe relocation of the security command center and critical server infrastructure from a flood-prone area, enhancing resilience and long-term operational continuity. Our firm was selected to provide a comprehensive, multi-trade architectural solution, integrating selective architectural and MEP demolition with responsible haul-away, followed by the complete interior build-out of the new command center. The scope features robust construction using heavy-gauge metal stud framing and fire-rated shaft liner systems to meet stringent security and life-safety requirements. Our team is also delivering turnkey finishes, including doors, frames, and hardware, high-performance paints and coatings, wall and door protection, and a full accessory package. Executed within an active museum environment, the work requires meticulous coordination and seamless patching at existing device locations, ensuring minimal disruption while preserving the integrity and aesthetics of this high-profile public space.

Our team performed this contract as a second-tier subcontractor to the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Contractor. Our scope of services includes Re-Caulking and Fire stopping all penetrations, Repairs of Drywall partitions, Acoustical Ceilings renovations and refinishing of all damaged walls with Painting and Coatings as well as identification of all piping. Our team is currently performing this contract as a subcontractor for Meltech corp., inc. We are executing selective demolition, including the removal of ceiling grids, tiles, and existing carpeting with adhesive. Following demolition, our firm has been engaged to provide comprehensive finishing packages, which encompass patching and repairing all gypsum walls, supplying and installing flooring and carpet tiles, furnishing and installing sound-absorbing panels and acoustical ceiling tiles, and delivering expert painting and coating finishes.

Our team completed a full office build-out, including furniture removal, selective demolition, wall repairs, and code-compliant firestopping. The project finished with the construction of modern office spaces featuring new drywall and suspended ceilings, installed doors and hardware delivering a clean, efficient, and professional work environment.
